Group registration for Illuminated 2023
Method 1:
I’d like my group members to register and pay individually
Send a list with your group members' names to retreats@janrichardson.com, and let us know you’d like to register via Method 1. If you can send your list as an Excel file or a Google Sheet (with your name in the file name), that would be fantastic. Otherwise, please include the list in the body of an email (rather than as an attached document) and format the information for each participant this way:
First name Last name
After we receive your list, we will send you a welcome email to forward to everyone in your group. This email will include a link to the registration page where your group members can register individually as part of your group, using a special registration code that we’ll set up specifically for your group. When your group members register with this code, they will receive the discounted rate for your group. During the registration process, they will set up a password they will use to enter the retreat.
Please send your group list by November 28 so that we can send you the welcome email and registration code and give your group plenty of time to register. If you need additional time, please let us know, and we can certainly provide this.
A few helpful things to know
You are very welcome to add more folks to your group even after you've sent us your initial list of participants; all you need to do is send their names to us and then forward them the welcome email that you sent to the other group members.
To assist you in your role as a group coordinator, we will provide additional tips and information so that you can be the first point of contact if your group members have questions. Your support of your group members in this way enables us to offer the group discount.
This year, we are excited to be offering the retreat on a new platform that will enable us to host all the elements of the retreat in one place. We are looking forward to providing this more streamlined, user-friendly experience for you and your group members!
